HEY GUYS, I AM NOT DEAD.
Wooooooooooooooooooow, I did not intend for this at all.
I'll just keep it short. Since last October, things have gotten really crazy and emotional for me. I don't exactly want to go into the details of what happened, but for the beginning of the year I was not in a good place. I was going through a lot of emotional strain and some therapy was involved.
I can assure you it was nothing that terrible, but it still left me all jumbled up and made me question my views as an artist and a person.
So I had to take a haitus from comic making, for mostly mental health purposes.
But for the first time since then I'm feeling genuinely happy and confident about things! A major improvement from where I was in January.
Sadly, however, I cannot say when the next page will be. I certainly don't want to quit when I've come so close to finishing the first chapter. I do hope to get at least one page done before I start up school again in the fall.
HOWEVER, I will still be comicking. This might be pleasing to some of some of my fans, but on my deviant art account, I am participating in an OCT called "Vanish" that one of my friends is hosting.
The character I am entering is from the same universe as the comic, and she's actually quite an important figure. So while it's probably not entirely canon, a lot of things are relevant to the future of the story.
So view it as sort of a "prequel" to Guardians. ;)
